Balsamic Herb Pork Tenderloin
Serves:6

Ingredients
2 (1-1/2 lbs. total) pork tenderloins
8 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
1. Cut each pork tenderloin crosswise into 6 pieces. Press each piece
to form a round 1½" thick.
2. Place rosemary and thyme sprigs in resealable plastic bag. Stir in
vinegar and oil. Add pork, turning to coat with marinade. Refrigerate
for at least 1 hour, turning several times.
3. Brush grill rack with oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
4. Remove pork and herbs from marinade. Place herbs directly on hot
coals. Immediately place pork on grill and cover. Grill pork 7 minutes
4 to 5" from medium heat. Turn and grill another 6 to 8 minutes.
