Soft Taco Wraps
Soft Taco Wraps Category: Tacos Yield: 8 servings 1 lb lean ground beef 3/4 cup water 1 pkg (1.25-oz) ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular 8 (8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortillas, warmed 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, (8 ounces) 2 cups shredded lettuce 2 cups chopped tomatoes 1 cup ORTEGA® Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce - Medium 1 cup ORTEGA® Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium), (optional) 1 cup sour cream, (optional) Procedures COOK beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is thickened. SPREAD 1/3 cup beef mixture over each tortilla. Top evenly with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle with taco sauce. Roll up; cut in half. SERVE with salsa and sour cream. |
