Ice Cream Sandwiches

This is very low fat and your kids and family can't tell the
difference between these and store bought ice cream sandwiches.

One box chocolate graham crackers
One tub (16-oz) fat free or low fat Cool Whip
Put 2 Tablespoons or more of Cool Whip between two graham crackers.
Make sure you leave them in the freezer long enough to freeze and eat.
Tastes like the real thing.
