POWDER, CUMIN, SALT, AND PEPPER IN A SAUCEPAN, OVER A MEDIUM FLAME
HEAT TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT, AND SIMMER FOR 20-30 MINUTES, STIRRING
OFTEN BROIL OR GRILL CHICKEN FOR 30-45 MINUTES, UNTIL JUICES RUN CLEAR
WHEN POKED, TURNING AND BASTING OFTEN SERVE HOT OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
