Baked Cabbage



1 small head of cabbage

1 c. milk

1/2 c. cracker crumbs

1/2 c. cheese, (grated) (I used Velveeta)

2 T. butter

Dash of pepper



Cook cabbage in salted water until tender. Drain off water. Pour

into buttered baking dish. Add other ingredients reserving a few

crumbs and bits of cheese for the top. Bake in a 350 oven for 30

minutes.
