Basic Fruit Salad
Servings: 6 - 8 servings. What you need: Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Medium cantaloupes, peeled, cut into chunks 1 Medium Honeydew, peeled, cut into chunks 1 Medium watermelon, peeled, cut into chunks 1 Pineapple, cored, peeled, cut into chunks, with juice 1 Packet Blueberries 1 Packet raspberries 1 Medium cantaloupes, peeled, cut into chunks 1 Large apple, cored, unpeeled, cut into chunks 1 bunch grapes 1 Tablespoon sugar or splenda Ready, set, cook! 1. Mix all fruits in a large salad bowl sprinke with sugar. Chill. 2. At serving time, take out bowl and enjoy. |
