SKILLET MACARONI & BEEF
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 cup minced onion (I use dried) 1/2 cup chopped green pepper (optional) 2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce 1 cup water 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1-1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown beef. Remove from skillet and cook macaroni, onion and green pepper in meat fat until macaroni is yellow. Return meat to skillet along with tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is cooked to suit your taste.
