My lemon chicken
4 large boneless, (cut fat off) chicken breasts lemon juice (bottled fine)...amount depends on size pan used Lawrey's seasoning salt McCormick Garlic pepper blend pour lemon juice on bottom of pan till it covers slightly, add your chicken, then add more lemon juice over chicken till it is 1/2 way up the breasts. apply a covering of the seasoning salt, like a blanket. (this creates a crust that holds in juices) and then a light splash of the garlic pepper blend. (gives it a kick) oven on 350 degrees...........takes about 30 to 45 minutes.......( depends on thickness of breasts) Hope you can figure that out, email if you can't.......it is very good. |
