Source: “Sagehill” – Chef2Chef forum member, Linda from Nebraska "From my Nana, who cooked her heart out at our camp in Canada." Ingredients: 6 boneless chicken breasts 1 bottle Russian Dressing 1small jar apricot preserves 1/2 package dry onion soup mix Preparation: Butter a casserole. Arrange chicken pieces in one layer. Mix together the dressing, preserves and soup mix. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
