Default Mom's Chicken

Mom's Chicken

Chicken Breasts & Thighs browned with flour & seasoned with Accent

Spice, salt, pepper and garlic. Put into a baking dish.

Mix:

2 cups cream of mushroom soup

Large sour cream

1 can mushrooms (I prefer 1 cup fresh mushrooms)

8 oz block of Monterey Jack Cheese grated

Few dashes of Sherry

Spices of choice (i.e. salt, pepper, garlic, parsley flakes)

Pour over chicken, garnish with parsley and paprika. Bake for 1 hour

(or until done) in a 375 degree oven. Serve over rice.

I apologize for the loose measurements, I usually never follow the

recipe but just throw things in without measuring them. I "eye" my

measurements. I have also mixed rice in with the mushroom soup

mixture cooked it that way. I generally use skinless & boneless

chicken breasts and they work just fine. I hope you enjoy this as

much as I do....it makes great left overs too!!
