Oriental Hodge Podge
4 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1 T. Sesame seed oil 1 T. Soy sauce 1 t. salt 1/4 cup peanut oil cooked white rice Put hot shredded chicken in a shallow baking dish. Cover with chopped green onions. Mix sesame seed oil, soy sauce and salt. Pour over chicken and onions and mix. Heat peanut oil in small saucepan to smoking and pour over chicken mixture. Mix and serve over white rice. Enjoy! |
