Default PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS

fresh raw chicken wings, cut at joint (as

many as people will eat)

garlic powder

oregano, dried

fresh parmesan cheese, grated

salt

pepper

butter, softened

DIRECTIONS

Lay chicken wings (wing and "arm" separated) in a baking dish.

Sprinkle liberally with garlic powder then oregano.

Sprinkle with lots of parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot each piece with softened butter.

Bake at 350 F for 30-45 minutes, basting now and then, until

browned and crispy.

TIP If serving at a cocktail party, you can cut chicken thighs (dark

meat) into manageable "cubes" and cook the same way - eliminates the

question of where to put the bones if people are standing up. They're

wonderful with mayonnaise (or any mayonnaise based dip) if they're

cold, or can be served with any of your favourite hot dips, keeping in

mind the main flavour is oregano and parmesan with just a touch of

garlic. Bon Appetit!
