Light Pesto Mushroom Pizza
Category: Pizzas Yield: 4 servings 1 pre-made (12-inch) pizza crust 1/2 cup BUITONI® Refrigerated Pesto with Basil 8 oz white mushrooms, trimmed and thinly sliced 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese Procedures Heat oven to 350 degF. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; spread with pesto, top with mushrooms and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, around 15 minutes. Serve hot. |
