Italian Pot Roast
4 lb. pot roast 1 can beer Sliced onion 4 cloves crushed garlic garlic salt and pepper 1 tsp. oregano 1 4oz. can green chilies, chopped 4 mild pepperoncini Put half of garlic on the bottom of crockpot; add roast.
