Rosemary Chicken Salad
Servings: 4 servings. What you need: Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 ribs celery 3 cups cubed cooked chicken 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary Ready, set, cook! 1. Thinly slice the celery and combine it in a bowl with the chicken. 2. Blend together the mayonnaise, sour cream and rosemary. 3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and celery, stirring until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 48-72 hours. |
