Default Pizza Dip

Pizza Dip

submitted by and thanks to Robert Wilson

1 Green Pepper

1 Can non-sweet pizza sauce

1 stick pepperoni

2 cups mozzerella cheese

1 stick cream cheese

1/2 a normal (I think it's 8 oz) container of sour cream

Garlic powder

Oregano

In a 8 or 9 inch casserole dish, use a hand mixer to mix up the cream
cheese, sour cream; add garlic powder and oregano to taste. Level off
the resulting pasty mixture, and add pizza sauce on top. Cut up green
pepper and pepperoni into bite size chunks, and sprinkle over the top
of the sauce. Yes, these could cover the top of the sauce. Place in an
oven pre-heated to 350 degrees F, and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until
pepperoni is cooked. Remove from oven, and add cheese on the top, and
replace in oven until cheese is melted. Serve hot with Tostitos type
corn chips- try the Scoops! You can also add any pizza topping that
you like, mushrooms, onions, etc.
