Tzatziki Dip (Taz-ee-kee)

8oz. Plain Yogurt

1 Large Cucumbers

6-8 Cloves Of Garlic minced

1 Teaspoon Of Black Pepper or to Taste

Tablespoon of Lemon Juice

Pinch Of Kosher Salt (That you keep in your salt cellar)

Peel and shred the cucumber, then press to get out most of the water
let drain. In a medium size bowl add the remaining ingredients and mix
together. Add The pressed cucumber stir to combine. Taste and adjust
the seasoning to your liking. Chill 1 hr., better if chilled overnite.

This is great as an appetizer or snack serve with pita or flatbread.

Serves 4 to 6.
