Stuffed Cornbread

1 pkg (11-oz.) STOUFFER'S® frozen Creamed Chipped Beef, defrosted
according to package
1 pkg (8.5-oz.) corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk

Procedures
PREHEAT oven to 400°. grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
COMBINE muffin mix, egg and milk in medium bowl; stir until only a few
lumps remain in batter. Spoon half of batter into prepared loaf pan.
Top with creamed chipped beef. Spread remaining batter over creamed
chipped beef.
BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center of top
layer of cornbread comes out clean.
