Mexicorn Tacos
Category: Mexican, Tacos Yield: 6 servings 1 lb ground beef 3/4 cup water 1 pkg (1.25-oz.) ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular 1 can (11-oz.) Mexican-style corn, drained 1 cup ORTEGA® Thick & Chunky Salsa 1 pkg (12-ct.) ORTEGA® Taco Shells, warmed Procedures Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, shredded mild cheddar cheese, ORTEGA Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce. BROWN beef; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Stir in corn and salsa. FILL taco shells with beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and taco sauce. |
