Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

4 lbs chicken breasts; boneless, skinless
12 kaiser rolls
-----sauce-----
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup ketchup
1 bottle chili sauce; 12 ounces
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt and pepper; (each)
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce; optional
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke; optional

Comgine sauce ingredients togheter in a 4 qt. slow cooker. Add checken
and stir to coat. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 7-8 hours. Remove
chicken and break apart. Stir back into sauce. Serve over Kaiser
rolls.
