Cranberry Toffee Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. dried cranberries
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. toffee chips

Directions:

Cream margarine, sugars, egg and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour and
baking
soda. Mix well. Add rolled oats, cranberries, chocolate chips and
toffee
chips. Combine. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 350
degrees. I use an ice cream scoop to make the cookies.
