German SUPER DUPER Chocolate Chip Cookies

"Oooooh, aaaah" you'll say, "Look at those calories!" But just try
making
these delicious cookies. Just once! You won't be able to stop baking!

Ingredients:

550g flour (about 20 ounces)
1 packet of baking powder (1 tsp.)
1 tsp. salt
250g butter (9 ounces)
250g brown sugar (9 ounces)
100g granulated sugar (3 and 1/2 ounces)
1 packet of vanilla sugar (small packets, very fine sugar - 1 tsp.)
2 eggs
350g chocolate (in small bits - 12 ounces)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the butter, eggs and sugars. Add the
flour,
salt and baking powder. Mix to a dough. Add the chocolate, and if you
like,
some nuts. If you need too, add some milk. Drop by spoonfuls onto
grease
proof paper (parchment paper) flattened out on a baking tray. Bake for
10
minutes (maximum), or bake for 11 minutes for a very crunchy result.
