Default Mincemeat stew.

Mincemeat stew.



500grams red mincemeat

1 large onion

1 medium cup of peas

1 medium cup beans

1 celery stick

1 carrot grated.

1 teaspoon chilli

1 teaspoon mustard.

gravy

soy sauce

tomato sauce,

herbs.



Brown meat and onion. then drain the meat and onion. Half cook the

peas celery and beans. Drain them. Put the meat mixture, peas,

celery, beans and grated carrot in to a pan. Then add a three

tablespoons of gravy, the teaspoon of chilli, the teaspoon of mustard,

a couple of shakes of tomato sauce, soy sauce, and mixed herbs. Mix

it together. then add some water.so everything is mixed properly and

cook on medium heat. While the stew is simmering cook some spaghetti.

Serve when the spaghetti is cooked. Serves 4.
