recipe request
 

I've tried a number of recipes for chicken katsu and phad thai with
varying success. Does anyone know recipes for these dishes that they
think are particularly good? Any helpful tips? I once found a good
chicken katsu recipe that involved marinading the chicken, but have
been unable to find it since.

I'm also looking for other Thai recipes, as I'm into spicy stuff.
