Default Peanut Butter Crunch and Yeast Rolls

Does anyone remember the Peanut Butter Crunch from the cafeteria's in
school? If anyone has access to those recipes, I would really like to
get those. Thanks Leanne

Default Peanut Butter Crunch and Yeast Rolls

My MIL was a cook for the school's here in Austin. She gave me this
recipe:

Peanut Butter Crunch

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 cup smooth peanut butter (I use smooth or crunchy)
10 cups cornflakes cereal

Cook syrup and sugar until mixture comes to a boil.
Remove from heat, add peanut butter, and stir until smooth. Pour
mixture over cornflakes in a large bowl. Mix until cereal is thoroughly
coated.
Spread in a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and press down lightly with
buttered hands. When cool, cut into squares.

Sherry,

Thanks so much. I'll try that! This is a first for me. I'm actually
doing this as a class project in addition to looking into something I'm
interested in. Thanks again.
