Oven-Fried Herb Chicken
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter 1 1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 2 teaspoons rubbed or ground sage 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 (3 to 3 1/2-pound) cut-up broiler-fryer chicken Heat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in 13x9-inch baking pan in oven (5 minutes). Meanwhile, combine stuffing mix, parsley, sage and garlic powder in 9-inch pie pan; mix well. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then roll in seasoned crumb mixture to coat. Place in prepared pan, skin-side up. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake for 70 to 80 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Makes 4 servings.
