Macadamia Crisps
Ingredients: 8 3/4 ounces butter (aprox. 2 sticks) 1/3 c. fine sugar 2 ounces Macadamia nuts 1 1/2 c. plain flour 1/2 c. desiccated coconut Directions: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Coarsely grind the Macadamia nuts. Add to mixture and mix. Stir in the flour. Spoon heaped tablespoons of the mixture onto a lightly greased tray. Flatten each cookie slightly with fork and sprinkle each biscuit evenly with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
