Default Macadamia Crisps

Macadamia Crisps


Ingredients:

8 3/4 ounces butter (aprox. 2 sticks)
1/3 c. fine sugar
2 ounces Macadamia nuts
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. desiccated coconut

Directions:

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Coarsely grind the
Macadamia
nuts. Add to mixture and mix. Stir in the flour. Spoon heaped
tablespoons of
the mixture onto a lightly greased tray. Flatten each cookie slightly
with
fork and sprinkle each biscuit evenly with coconut. Bake at 350
degrees for
15 minutes or until lightly brown. Allow biscuits to stand on trays
for
about 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Makes 25 cookies.
