I was raised with the blessing/curse of finding a way to recycle all
things bought with "hard earned money" so when I splurge and make a fancy marinade and the recipe says " refrigerate in marinade for two hours or overnight, then (get this) DISCARD marinade and proceed.... I sooo want to freeze said marinade and reuse but the fear of poisoning my loved ones has kept me from doing what grandma probubly did so far... Any input to ease my fear or educate would be appreciated. (Keep in mind that most of Grandmas brood survived...) |
