Paula Deen's Lime Sherbet
Makes about 15 servings 1 quart heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup sugar 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (6-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed 1 (6-ounce) package lime-flavored gelatin 1 cup boiling water In a large bowl, beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until slightly thickened. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Beat in sweetened condensed milk and limeade concentrate, beating until stiff. In a small bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water, stirring until gelatin dissolves. With mixer running, slowly add gelatin mixture to cream mixture, beating until well combined.
