Ingredients
4 egg yolks 4 egg whites 500 gr. spredable white cheese (baking cheese) 3 tablespoons of cornflour 10 gr. of vanilla sugar half a cup of sugar 50 gr. of dried blackberries brandy Directions soak the blackberries in a bit of brandy for about half an hour. whip the egg whites with the sugar (half a cup) until its steady. whip the yolks with the vanilla sugar until its doubled (size) and bright. add the cheese and whip until its smooth. add the cornflour and mix until smooth. add the blackberries (after straining them) and mix together. incorporate the egg whites foam with the cheese mixture until light and smooth. pour the mixture into a baking tin (pattern) and place in a preheated oven (160 C) for an hour. serve cold.
