chef's corner is Toronto's celebrity chef, J.P. Challet, chef/proprietor of
Bouchon Restaurant. Lyon-born J.P. Challet is a talented award-winning chef
whose innovate haute cuisine has taken Toronto by storm. With Joanne on
hand to assist him, J.P. will demonstrate his culinary talents in fine
French cooking at its best. On hand to pour the wine at this cooking event,
is Ontario's own award-winning Pelee Island wines.
