It's due to open in September at 217 Chestnut St., in the space that was Adriatica. Garces, 33, is working on design with Jun Aizaki of the New York firm Cr=E8me. (Aizaki used to work for the Rockwell Group, which designed Alma de Cuba.) The two recently traveled to Spain to get ideas for design, which will include an open kitchen, and a staging area for flamenco performances. http://www.philly.com/mld/philly/en...in/11960246.htm __________________ "Sheep go to heaven, goats go to hell."
