Waiter training manual vintage 1947 FA
The Waiter by A C Marshall 1947 In overall good condition,tape has been
applied to the hinges,although I'm not sure why,it doesn't appear that there are splits...perhaps for reinforcement. A training manual on everything to do with traditional waiters restaurant work...how unusual is that!? Superb little book .
