Default Dan Leader's San Francisco sourdough loaf

Made up (took two days in my cold kitchen) Leader's sourdough loaf, and
was successful
at my first all sour bread, (no yeast!). This was a lovely light loaf
(two, actually) with a
wonderful flavor, crumb, etc. I have been rather excited. I used a gift
of natural San
Francisco sourdough which is lively in and of itself, and wonder what
it would taste like
with the KA L-4 starter which also resides in my fridge. I couldn't
believe at first this
bread could go to four rises, but it did so quite easily, and got
better with each.

All I have to do now is work on what kind of multigrain load it can
take, and I have achieved
the bread I need for my diabetic diet.
Great new years day present, all told.
