Can I use pastry flour to feed starter
I just ran out of white flour and need to feed my starter. I have a choice of whole wheat and pastry flour. Do anyone
have an opinion about which one (if any) I should use. I can get more organic white flour in a day or two, when I go into town. jc |

To maintain the characteristics of your starter, I'm sure your starter will
forgive you if you don't feed it for a day or so (keep it in the fridge). Give her a little TLC when you do manage to feed it again.
