PLEASE DON'T REPLY TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS POSTED IN THE HEADER - IT'S
JUST A SPAM BLOCKER; PLEASE REPLY TO: XX (DELETE THE X's) Hi, Having returned to the USA after being in Asia for two years, I have no ongoing starter to bake bread with. (I bought a commercial starter, but the bread is disappointing and the starter doesn't have any push. As my grandmother would say, "It lays like lead.") Does anyone have a lively starter to share - a few tablespoons or so? - one that stands up to whole wheat recipes? I will gladly pay postage. Thanks so much!
