Default light sourdough recipe

I am looking for a soughdough bread recipe that is light, something like the
bread that Burger King uses on their sandwiches. Thanks for your help.

Ed Bechtel offered some photos and a recipe from me a short while ago. =
It
could be found with the title keyword "billowy". With that, some sesame =
seeds,
and just a bit of bun-rolling talent, you should be on your way.
