Yep, we had here 19% tax and our shop have the same problem, with the tax. We have many orders from Canada and the USA and we have a simple art, to send back the money. 1. You pay your order by Credit Card (https) 2. You get a (automatic) mail from your offer, 3. A few minutes later, you get a sencond mail with the correct pament, 4. we send the tax back to the CreditCard accout. The order leave a the same or the next day our stock. Try it !
