Store/Website for Russian bread books.
I found a Russian store and website which supplies books about bread
during a visit to Moscow last month. The usual bookstores knew nothing, but a search of the Moscow Yellow Pages and several phone calls led me to the following: http://www.deli.ru/index.html http://www.deli.ru/books/ There is a bread institute in the same building as the bookstore, where students study the subject. It's near the Krasnosel'skaya Metro Station. This may be of interest to those who know Russian. |
