I was wondering if anyone has made a rye bread recipe with and without
altus, and if so, whether there was a definite difference. My two month old newbie rye starter makes a bread with a wonderful twang to it. Would altus add more kick? Or more fuss? Diane |

I tried it and rejectred it: no significant improvement in flavor.
