Am I supposed to be able to taste or smell the vinegar dressing in
sushi rice? Does plain sushi rice taste good by itself? |

I almost always use sushi rice with or without seasoning for meals ( when I
use it seasoned it's because I have leftovers from making sushi) and it's very good! I like it because it holds together well and doesn't fall off your fork like converted rices. Other than that I use Jasmine or Basmati...
