Sushi (alt.food.sushi) For talking sushi. (Sashimi, wasabi, miso soup, and other elements of the sushi experience are valid topics.) Sushi is a broad topic; discussions range from preparation to methods of eating to favorite kinds to good restaurants.

An update: we ate there again tonight. We had the gyoza instead of the
tempura, and it was both considerably better and less filling. We ordered
pretty much the same selection of sushi (it's not a buffet, but you order it
from the sushi chef). We sat at the bar and ordered on a paper list.

Almost everything was very good--at least as good as the first time. The
only thing I thought wasn't up to snuff was the tako, which was tasty, but
on the chewy side. I think it was cut too thick.

Once again, for 20 bucks, I think it's an outstanding bargain.

this is the one on Speedway? I think it was you that clued us in to
Sushi 10 some years ago ,man those were big pieces. But it was a nice
discovery when visiting from San Diego to see family, and now a Wildcat
student son. Will have to try it again.
Growing up in Tucson that was next to the Midway Drive in. hmmm
Boone's Farm Apple Wine, burrrp, oops never mind.

Ok, never ate there, but even closer to my parents house in the River
Rd And Craycroft area. Will definitely have to try it out next time
over. Thanks for Tucson info. Though I think I look forward to the
carne seca and green corn tamales on Tucson visits as much as
anything.
