The Connoiseur's Guide to Sushi
Hello, All!
I recently came across the fascinating book by David Lowry with the subject title (pub. 2005). I can't say I *always* agree with him but I found it an extremely fine guide, even if the humor is a little flip sometimes. Has anyone else read the book? I'd be interested in other opinions.
