Default different brew routines from tea experts

i've been told that in south japan near Kagoshima they will usually brew
green leaf tea three times.

all of the three brews are at different temperatures and for a different
lengths of time.

would anyone have any information on what are likely to be these brew times
and approximate temperatures ( or the method of cooling to get these
appropriate temperatures).

grateful if anyone at all could advise with this please.
