I'm just taking a guess here but I'd imagine they are NOT tea seeds nor pollen. Tea seeds are actually quite large like a small marble and tan/brown in color and there really wouldn't be "pollen clumps" at least as far as I know. I have a tea tree/bush that I've been growing for some time now from seed. I have no idea what you've got there... but I'm not sure of the quality, it sounds a little strange to me especially for BLC. - Dominic |

thanks,
heres a pic of the yellow "fuzzy clumps" middle, to the right: http://i11.tinypic.com/712dy6d.jpg as for the 'seeds' i'll get a pic of them infused, they look "better" - sort of like peas on a string, but small ~1mm.(theyre plant not animal of some sort, not larvae, not eggs). heres a brown one, middle- the oblongated light brown thing, http://i12.tinypic.com/6ybyex0.jpg |

I'm not sure about the "seed" pic, I don't see it. I see what appears to be a tightly rolled leaf in a oblong manner in the middle (a little up and to the right) definitely not a camellia seed. The "pollen" could be an accumulation of the fine hairs found on BLC, or it really could be pollen I guess. Camellia sinensis does flower and there is pollen, but I guess I just don't think that would be it. here is a quick link I just found with a photo of real tea seeds: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...3Doff%26sa%3DN - Dominic |

It looks like some kind of stem to me or perhaps you have some bottom of the bag, really old BLC thrown in for added weight in your order there. Appears to be all different kinds of BLC tea leaves in there; old and new. |
