So everyone these days seems to be talking about how healthy green tea
can be for you (http://www.livestrong.com/article/4701-need-health- benefits-green-tea/). Honestly people make it out to be some kind of miracle drug. My question is this - is green tea full of all these good antioxidants and stuff no matter how it is prepared? Is powdered matcha as "healthy" as full leaf green tea? Opinions welcome. Thanks. |
