I think I broke up a set of 12 animals of the zodiac. I got the
Monkey and the Ox. Next time Ill be prepared to pack and ship the rest back on the plane if they are still around. Interesting the puer wont slip out of the wood casing. I dont know how you are suppose to get it out besides breaking. http://i43.tinypic.com/20hm5vs.jpg The last item is the hanging plaque with matching wrapper. Ill put that on a wall. Hopefully it will give off a puer scent. I found that one in a gongfu shoppe. We spent about an hour tasting a tuocha that was thrown in to sweeten the deal which also included a one kilo calabash also shown. I made quite an impression when I asked for a gaiwan tasting instead of gongfu. Apparently only in the know Chinese puer drinkers do that. The tuocha ended up in the hands of my nephew. http://i43.tinypic.com/2yo27ns.jpg Jim PS It remains to be seen if artisan casings of puer can be drank. The gongfu dealer said yes because you also can enjoy watching it age. If they werent so expensive Id crack one now and give my opinion. All the plaques were 500g. |
