Default San Diego Tea Pavilion in Balboa Park

It has the familiar selection of loose teas. I did get some Kona cha
which seems like a course matcha. Off to the side down in a ravine is
a world famous Japanese garden according to Japanese tourists we ran
into on the bikes who were looking for the place which I didnt know
existed.
