I learned something this weekend reviewing the teas at SevenCups. The
latest craze are light roasts of traditional heavy roasts like Da Hong Pao and some Rock tea which I forget. This has already happened to TGY. However in that case you can see a coloration difference between the dark and light dry leaf. The newest variation you dont see that in DHP or the Rock tea. I was told you only taste the difference. I said a light roast DHP to me is a contradiction in terms. Jim |
