I have nothing but praise for them, friendly and quick service.

They will even send samples if you ask, they also do a newsletter with a
competition (I've manged to win 2 tins of tea so far ;^}).

They also do great starter sets which let you sample several teas, these are
what started my exploration of the finer teas.

btw, their jasmin phoenix eyes tea is bliss!
